Qualifications and Duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Bloodborne Pathogens certification
- Preferably prior experience in home care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility
Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements
